Adaro Energy (ADRO.JK) is the second largest coal producer in Indonesia with integrated coal mining, processing and logistics operation, making it one of the lowest cost coal producers in the world. It was listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange on July 16, 2008.

Adaro’s coal, globally trademarked as Envirocoal™, has exceptionally low sulphur (0.1%), low ash (1.5%) and low levels of nitrogen oxide.  Due to its favorable environmental characteristics, Envirocoal™ is greatly sought after by power plants for blending purposes.

Global Kalimantan Makmur (GKM) is a palm oil plantation with 41,000 ha concession in Sanggau, West Kalimantan and potential area for development of approximately 27,000 ha. 

GKM has a planted of 13,000 ha to date with Fresh Fruit Bunch production starting in 2010.  Its Crude Palm Oil processing mill is scheduled to start operating in mid 2011.

Saratoga successfully built Tower Bersama Group (TBIG.JK) from a small company with seven telecommunication sites into Indonesia’s second largest independent tower operator with 2,700 telecommunication sites serving over 4,000 tenants. Tower Bersama Group's customers include all of Indonesia’s telecommunication operators, including Telkom, Telkomsel, Indosat and XL.

It is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange on October 26, 2010.
